We do not sell physical products. Therefore, references to returns and shipping apply only to service delivery and digital consultation services.

2. Consultation Fees – Refund Policy

All consultation fees paid to EXP Travel Group are generally non-refundable once the consultation service has been provided.

A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • The consultation service was not delivered within the agreed timeframe
  • A verified technical issue prevented service delivery

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment by contacting our support team.

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific car rental prices

  • Availability of airline seats
  • Availability of hotel rooms
  • Availability of rental vehicles
  • Visa approvals
  • Final booking confirmations

Travel prices and availability change frequently. Consultation fees are not refundable due to changes in travel pricing or availability after consultation has been provided.

4. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation before the consultation service begins.

If cancellation is requested before service commencement:

  • The request will be reviewed by our support team
  • An approved refund may be processed after deducting applicable payment processing charges

If consultation has already started:

  • No refund will be issued

Once payment is successfully received, consultation services are generally delivered within 1 to 24 hours depending on service availability and consultation requirements.

7. Shipping Policy

As a service-based business:

8. Incorrect Information Provided by Customers

Refunds will not be provided if service delivery is impacted due to:
